Roof Defects Found in Building & Pest Inspection at Rosemount

BPI Building & Pest Inspections were out inspecting a property at Rosemount and came across the following building defects.

Cracked Tiles & Broken Tiles

1. Leaves in the Valleys
2. Leaves in the Gutters
3. Water damage to the below roof and flashings
4. Water penetration into ceilings and below

BPI recommends all gutters all gutter and valleys be kept clear of leaves and debris at all times.

Any such defects would be picked up during a annual Building and Pest Inspection
